THE CANNERY at Del Monte Square, San Francisco?s historical shopping center, is hosting it?s first outdoor film night at the Del Monte Square courtyard.

Official start is Sunday, August 21, 2005 and runs every Sunday through October 9, 2005.

Start Times: We strive to have our feature presentation start by 8:00 pm. We will have pre-movie independent shorts and live entertainment to keep you busy before the feature starts. Seating opens at 7:30 pm.

THE CANNERY at Del Monte Square is located at 2801 Leavenworth Street, at the foot of Columbus, overlooking the Bay.

PARKING:     Select THE CANNERY restaurants and retailers validate at Anchorage Shopping Center Garage at 500 Beach Street. There is ample free public parking on the streets after 7 pm (and 6 pm on certain streets).

SEATING:     We recommend low back chairs or beanbags. Seating is general admission, but you may be directed toward the mid part of the venue if you have high-backed chairs. Our front half of the venue is reserved for low back chairs and blankets.

PETS:         We love our dogs just as much as you do, but we ask that you don't bring them to the outdoor cinema. The large crowds, darkness and abrupt loudness of the movies could lead to unwanted accidents.

WEATHER:     San Francisco is notorious for rapidly changing weather patterns. Unless there is lightning in the near vicinity or it's just dumping rain without any sign of letting up. The Show Will Go On! Don't forget warm clothing, blankets and sleeping bags to fend off the chiller air in the later part of the season.
