ABOUT THE CANNERY AT DELMONTE SQUARE
THE CANNERY is one of San Francisco's most treasured places, and originally built in 1907, it was once the largest peach cannery in the world.
Today THE CANNERY is a waterfront marketplace featuring one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants, offices, and live entertainment. The brick warehouse was converted into three levels of winding walkways, balconies and bridges surrounding an inviting courtyard with 130-year-old olive trees and outdoor cafes. Renovations are planned during the next year to make THE CANNERY a state-of-the-art, vibrant shopping complex for both visitors and local residents.
